Black and White are the colors of photography. To me they symbolize the alternatives of hope and despair to which mankind is forever subjected.
-Robert Frank.

Photography is the best way to show various emotions, perceptions, charm, glamour etc. And all these look great in gray-scale. I'm gonna show few pictures that I clicked! Yes, gray-scale. :-)
Tenneti Park,Visakhapatnam!
This picture was taken in May, 2011. It's a place called Tenneti Park in Visakhapatnam where the horizon looks real beautiful. I preferred this picture in color because of the raw colors-woody brown, endless greenish-blue sea, warm blue sky but my friend suggested gray-scale and oh yes! It worked.
;-)

On a warm sunny day, MY cranky friend Sowbhagya wanted to go shopping and we had to follow her. Window shopping is fun too. =D She ended up buying a bag and a pair of ballerinas. I ended up clicking this picture.
Location-AS Rao Nagar.
Tank Bund, Hyderabad.
This picture was clicked on a very funny day. And the boy in the picture is MY friend, Kiran-perennially messed up. ;-) This place called Tank Bund pretty much gives us the feel of a beach (Conditions apply). I'm sure any Hyderabadi would love this place.

Good Times!

This picture makes me go nostalgic. Six months back, I made my geeky friends complete my project by bribing them and I went around their colony clicking random pictures. But this picture somehow makes me think, "Okhay! There's something fishy." and I find it mysterious.
And hence, the cLiCkKk...

This picture was taken on a rainy day. The two girls standing in the picture are the most amazing people in my life-my sister, Suchitra and my friend, Asisha. Needless to say, they tolerate MY super-weird ideas, put up with my oh-so-unreasonable fights and help me a lot in my photography practice sessions. :-D
Tarbund Ruins, Secunderabad.

A long story behind this photograph. This was taken on of our photography expeditions. Adventure, yay! :-D People around these ruins say that it's haunted. A weird place..but many interesting clicks can be taken. :-)

Excellent work, Sunaina. Glad to have come across it. A very good tip I got from a friend was to keep an entire photography outing only for B&W. Think and compose and shoot in B&W, but if your camera lets you, save a RAW copy as a backup.

@Subhorup: Thanks a lot for your suggestion and that is a great idea. :-)
