Billie Joe!

And MY top 5 favorite ROCK SONGS are(here we gooooo):

1) Layla-Eric Clapton

Layla is one amazing song written and composed by Eric Clapton and Jim Gordon. It released in December 1970 and became a major hit. It is considered as one of the greatest songs in the history of rock music.

2) Another brick in the wall-Pink Floyd

"Hey, Teacher leave those kids alone!
All in all you're just another brick in the wall.
All in all you're just another brick in the wall."

And this site says everything- http://www.thewallanalysis.com/main/another-brick2.html

3) 21 guns-Green Day

This song is another wonderful song from Green Day. Billie Joe Armstrong is just so amazing that you cannot help but get hooked up to the song. Oh boy, he sings with such devotion. Who cannot love him?
And this song is from their album 21st Century breakdown and it features in the movie, "Transformers: Revenge of the fallen". Also, it got featured in the 6Th episode of "Vampire Dairies".

4) Pour some sugar on me-Deff Leppard

This song, composed by a British hard rock band "Deff Leppard" was released in the year 1987. This song reached number #2 on the U.S Billboard.
Album name: Hysteria
It always fun listening to this song. Sing along! You'll know how much fun it is. \m/

5) 5) Smells like teen spirit-Nirvana

This song is considered as one of the greatest rock songs of all time. It has been written by Kurt Cobain and Kris Novoselic.
In a January 1994 Rolling stone interview, Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain revealed that "Smells Like Teen Spirit" was an attempt to write a song in the style of the Pixies, a band he greatly admired. He explained:
I was trying to write the ultimate pop song. I was basically trying to rip off the Pixies. I have to admit it. When I heard the Pixies for the first time, I connected with that band so heavily that I should have been in that band—or at least a Pixies cover band. We used their sense of dynamics, being soft and quiet and then loud and hard.

Music - that's been my education. There's not a day that goes by that I take it for granted.
