Ah! Such bliss, if you ask me.

I slept in the afternoon with this thought "I need to update my blog in the evening" in my mind. And yippee, I wake up to see the beautiful rain out of my window and oops, not so beautiful rain drenching my jeans in the balcony. :-|
My mom asked me if I wanted coffee and of course I wanted it. (Duh! Is that even a question to be asked? I would love to have coffee all the time. When I say all the time, I really do mean it.)

My sister too wanted to have coffee and since, she is a tenth grader, she considered herself too young to have coffee and made cold coffee for herself. Well, I don't see a point here. I mean, coffee is coffee, right? Hot or cold, it is coffee. :-D

I have been wanting to do a picture post since two weeks and couldn't write anything. Thank you, The Royal Laziness!
But hey, I have so many pictures on rain. Why not write a post on rain? And this thought dragged me from the balcony to my bedroom and here we go, the pictures. *Excited!*

I love shopping and I absolutely adore clothes. I spend most of my pocket money on it and can never cut down. I am totally hopeless at cutting down. Sigh!

I love talking. I can talk about anything and everything and can just go on. Endlessly! But my favourite topic to talk on is books, books and books.

I absolutely loathe plagiarists and do not mind feeding them to the dogs. Plagiarism is a super big crime in my dictionary.
P.S. Plagiarists are confused stalkers. :-D

I love pictures. I mean, who doesn't? Every picture is beautiful and I can stay up hours looking at random pictures.

I do not fancy chatting online. I prefer those long emails from my friends. Long emails describing every single thing! Awesomeness!
P.S. I love chatting through emails. ;-)

I love batman and superman. I love their comics, movies and tee shirts. :-)

Toybank-Show some love!

How often do we see kids tugging onto their favourite toys and running around? Quite often, right? The childhood of any kid is filled with colourful toys. In spite of having many toys, we tend to have only one toy as our favourite and tend to ignore the others but hey, what about the kids who do not have any toys? They too have every right to play with the toys.

And hence, TOYBANK is here to provide toys to all the kids who live on limited means. Support the cause and show some love!

Activity: Toybank, a non-profit organization has been set up with the aim of providing toys to children who come from a weak socio-economic background.

Details:

Goals:
To ensure that children from under privileged backgrounds receive toys through collection and distributions.
To bridge the gap between children from different backgrounds by creative play/group events/community events.
To make play space available for children through-- Toy libraries in available infrastructures; reclaim open public spaces for children.
To design and thus provide toys that will be context specific, by having toys made in local languages as well.

The Spam Bug!

Every day I come back home from college and open my mailbox to check if I get any awesome mails or kickass updates. And yes, I do get and guess what? I get a mail from Coca Cola saying that I won $1 million in a lottery. And when the hell did I take part in this lottery? Well, God alone knows! Okay, okay I get that you are sending spam mails but hey, at least use some brains when you send them. 

You are online and blogging, a mail pops up. Some Anjali mails some random crap.

“Hey Sunaina, call me as soon as you see this message. A lot to talk!”

Yeah, definitely! A lot to talk but who are you? And why do we have a lot to talk? But Anjali never understands that and mails me every single day. Poor soul!

And one fine evening, I get a weird mail from Aunt Rumana and it goes like this

“Dear Child,

How are you doing? It is great here in Ecuador. I know you terribly miss your uncle Brown after his demise and so, I have decided to help you to hold up.

I have sold all his property and transferred the money to your bank account.

May God bless you child.”

How generous of you Aunt Rumana, for transferring such awful lot of money of my non-existent uncle Brown to my non-existent bank account. I do not have a bank account but surely, I will create one and I am hoping to see the money then.

And the next day, I get a similar mail from Aunt Ayesha. I wonder why my parents never told me that we had relatives in Ecuador. Sweet life.

Obviously there is no end to this spam stupidity. Ask me why? Because my credit card number has been registered to win a blackberry torch mobile! Wow, how come I never got to know that I have a credit card? You get a lot of spam mails every day but once in a blue moon, you get that whopping message which would make your eyes pop out.

“Hi Sunaina,

You have been selected to work as a HR for TCS. Please send in your resume along with your details.

Regards,

Raghu HR.”

I got this mail when I was in Engineering II year and of course, TCS is so sweet that they are making an eighteen year old teenager their HR without even having the resume. Great! Raghu HR, please do not tamper TCS’s name. I understand that you are the HR of your own spam mail company but pray, tell me why have you become an entrepreneur of a spam mail company?

Spam can be irritating but hey, I find them funny too. And with this, I abruptly end the post.

Dead and Gone!

No, I am not talking about any dead people. Relax! This post is about my rants! Hell, I know that we love reading rants. So, lets get going!

My friend circle has slipped from a massive number to an ideal number and this makes me feel better. I had to drag and throw away some people. This post is not about how I kicked them out. Or who they are. This post is about why I had to kick them out.

15 reasons why I kicked them out or kicked you out. (Trust ME, 15 is an understatement!)

1) You have turned into a certified douche-bag! Expletives are the first thing that come to my mind when somebody mentions your name.

2) You love Justin Beiber, Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus and Selena whatever. Your playlist gives me jitters and makes me go eeew.

3) Hello opportunist! Yes, you, my dear foe. When you wanted to use people for your own good, why rant and talk crap about them?
GET A LIFE!

4) "sup?" "just back from a movie." "With whom did you go?"
Why do you care with whom I went? Is that even a question that people ask?
Sane, normal people ask-"Which movie?"
Dumb, annoying people ask you the address of the theater, location of the wash-room in the theater, and I-don't-know-what!

5) You use 'mah' instead of 'my', 'bah' instead of 'by'. God, when will you realize that you annoy people so much that they would not mind feeding you to the dogs.

6) You tear my books. Even worse, you do not return them back and deny the fact that you ever borrowed it. Bloody liar!

Enough of 'you, you.' I will use 'they' now.

7) They have an identity crisis. Next time I see them, I am going to wish them like this---Hey Anonymous!

8) They forget everything.

9) They pretend. And pretend. And pretend some more.

10) You are a commoner. No goals, no ambitions. You want to be stagnant and boring.
You are such a waste of time.

11) Your Facebook account is voted as the most boring account. No activity, no pictures.

Hyderabad!

It has been thirteen days since I have updated my blog and hell, it took me almost ten days to realize that writing a blog post on my most favourite thingy is the best thing to do. Yes, another picture post! And this time, I am updating a post on pictures of various places in Hyderabad.

Warning: Please do not expect pictures of Charminar as I haven't been to that place since I was in fifth grade. :-D

The first thing that comes to our mind when anyone says Hyderabad is "The Hyderabadi Biriyani" and Paradise is all about yummy biriyani. I don't know if Charminar signifies Hyderabad or not but Paradise sure does.

My second trip to Bangalore!

On 30-03-2012, I set off from Hyderabad to Bangalore for my GD-PI at Christ University, Bangalore. I was excited, and reluctant at the same time. This could be my first step away from home (Grrrr!! I hate thaaaat!) if I get selected. I promised myself that I would study in the bus but of course, I slept.
:-D

I woke up in the morning, got down the bus and saw some auto drivers fighting. A bad start! But hey a good Samaritan types auto wala dropped us. Yay!
Okay Okay, I'll leave all this gibberish aside.
So yeah, Christ University's campus is so beautiful that you cannot stop drooling over it. Everything about the university was good and all the rumours about the strict security guard weren't rumours after all. :-D

My GD, MP was a cake walk and I got selected for the PI. I dressed up like a cartoon (Read formals) and reached the college on time. I was very excited. No, I wasn't excited about the interview. I was excited because my brother said that he would take me to Commercial Street after the interview. Shopping! Bliss! What fun! :-)

My PI was taken by three modern era Hitlers, and I am glad I didn't act funny in spite of the "I-don't-know-what-and-why" questions hurled at me. After my interview, I was given an appy. :-D Hee-hee!!
And oh, did I already mention that I wrote a badass essay? :-P

And then off we went to Commercial Street. *Vroooooooooooom!* After a bit of ordinary shopping ( I didn't shop much), and an average amount of hogging, we went home. I spent the whole evening with my little cousin Rajeev and got into the bus at 8:30 to come back to Hyderabad. It was 9:30 when I got a message from Christ University and it said that my application status has been updated. I opened my laptop, was nervous, and helloooo, I got selected. Yay!

I didn't click many pictures. But the below picture is of my bag, I clicked this when I was waiting for my brother.

I totally love my bag.
